Our Services

Kirkland Newborn Medicine provides specialized pediatric care for newborns 0-3 months old. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Newborn consultations and wellness checks
• Circumcision procedures
• Lactation consultations
• Sleep consultations
• Frenotomy procedures
• Online appointment booking and patient portal access
• Secure messaging with our care team

Our services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals and are subject to applicable medical standards and regulations.

Account Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information as needed
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Booking Appointments

Appointments can be booked through our online patient portal or by calling our office. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 24 hours notice: Full refund available
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee applies
• No-show: Full payment forfeited

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Payment Terms

Kirkland Newborn Medicine is a cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance directly.

• Payment is due at the time of booking for appointments
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, HSA, and FSA cards
• Superbills are provided upon request for potential insurance reimbursement
• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kirkland Newborn Medicine and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our Site without our prior written consent.

User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers connected to the services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the services
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Harass, threaten, or harm our staff or other users

Secure Messaging

Our patient portal includes a secure messaging feature for non-urgent communication with our care team. By using this feature, you understand and agree:

• Messages are not monitored 24/7 and should not be used for urgent matters
• We typically respond within 4-6 business hours during office hours (Mon-Thu, 10am-4pm)
• For medical emergencies, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room
• Messages become part of your medical record

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kirkland Newborn Medicine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

This limitation does not apply to liability arising from our provision of medical services, which is governed by applicable healthcare laws and professional standards.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including our Shop (Amazon affiliate links) and equipment rental inquiries. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
